Allow to set option to automatically disable gestures in some cases, like:
- Gamemode library report a fullscreen game is running
- Full screen application is running
- User use some keyboard shortcut
(User may chose cases, where gestures should been disabled)

Mouse gestures are great idea and I love to use them since KDE 3.4 or KDE 3.5, but I hate to disable it, when I would like to play and... games often uses each mouse button. Yes - must mice still have only three buttons and only solution is to use middle button, but observer, satelite reign and other games are using it. Buying new mice isn't great idea, because I select mouse for me (special handy mouse).
