Internet network connection information icons on taskbar!!

Why... interesting?
The network icon changes color and shape when a connection is down and that should be interesting enough... what other interesting did you specifically have in mind?

Mine shows an exclamation point when I am connected too the wifi access point but there is an issue (and on occasion when there isn't). Connecting to a hotel wifi, but have not logged in yet, for example.
