Hello, I'm really new to KDE and unfortunately Wallpaper Engine is only for Windows and I really miss it. It would be really cool to have a built-in "Wallpaper Engine KDE/Plasma Edition". You also should be able to place things like audio visualizer. I actually found Komorebi but it's really bad (No real desktop icons for example and the way to add new wallpapers isn't efficient) and is a CPU eater.

So I hope we can see something in the future. :)

Mmm... don't know what that wallpaper engine thingy is
guessing from what you say... you are wanting to add wallpapers to the desktop
well you have options
right-click on the desktop and select configure desktop
the wallpaper type has options and/or you can download plugins...
as for the audio visualizer... there are media players--like Audacious--that can do that for you
