Add to dolphin option to create under Linux a new directories case-insensitive, when filesystem support this.
I see two possibilities:
1) This option could apply only to directories inside user's home
2) User may set, which subdirectories will be case-insensitive, when created

Linux kernel supports case-insensitive directories in more and more filesystems. There's one request: we could only mark empty directory as case-insensitive,

"case-intensive", did you mean case sensitive?

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

I mean not case sensitive. In Unix systems case sensitive does matter. I mean opposite.

OK, so case-insensitive, I corrected our post. We need to have a precise wording to avoid confusion :-)

Since this is about the filesystem, I can't really warm up to the idea, I miss a good use case for this, can't see any.

One use case is for Windows users, who moved to GNU or other Unix-like systems. Another use case is for developers of Windows apps, who work on GNU/Linux.

that still doesn't convince me, why should we cater to Windows users or developers of WIndows apps (who I very much doubt develop their apps in GNU/Linux).
