[Plasma] Quickly hide desktop widgets

asaunders Registered Member Posts 9 Karma 0	[Plasma] Quickly hide desktop widgets Wed Feb 19, 2020 8:06 am On my desktop I have the Notes widget and Folder view widget. When I am taking a screenshot, doing screenshare with work or people come over that I wouldn't want reading these I have to hide the applets beforehand. What I'm suggesting it to be able to hide them quickly and easily. Personally I see three ways to do this. Have a button on the widget I can click that effectively hides it until I click the button again, something in the systray that toggles visibility or simply a quick key. If somebody knows a quick way to accomplish this right now I'm all ears.

I use 8 desktops and usually have most of them filled (using Window Rules to place them all on load). Slightly different question, is there a way to achieve this programmatically?
