Have an app that can quickly screencap, write a description and fire it off to be reviewed if it's a real actionable bug.

For example in 5.18.0 there is a bug that has existed for a while when using the widget Folder View on the desktop. To recreate have a bunch of files, rename one of the files so that it's position in the sorted list of files changes, then try and drag the file. It will visually show two files being dragged, the current renamed one and the old one, both at the same time.

If it only takes 60s to do this I (and hopefully other people) would be more likely to report the tiny insignificant bugs.
