[Desktop] Launch an arbitrary application by double-click

After discussion (see Start Dolphin by double-click on desktop) I decided to make new post using proposal of airdrick. This method is fully consistent with KDE ideology.
So, idea is:
That said, it could be nice to add double-click to the list of available mouse triggers in Configure Desktop > Mouse Actions, as well as add Launch Application to the available actions. Then you could configure it to launch Dolphin upon double-clicking on the desktop.
