Good job, this software will replace notepad++ from now on. airdrik Registered Member Posts 1854 Karma 5 OS	Re: [Kate] Let me choose a backup folder Fri Mar 06, 2020 8:07 pm Just to clarify, in the options under Settings > Configure Kate > Open/Save > Advanced, this is referring to the backup files configured in the top section not the Swap files configured in the bottom section (which as of kate 17.12.3 I see already has an option to store the swap file in an Alternative Directory)? airdrik, proud to be a member of KDE forums since 2008-Dec.
