This is something that I would find very helpful. I have "Configure Dolphin" in my toolbar now as an option to accomplish this. I also have "Properties" there which can be an acceptable alternative in many situations, but having the ability to toggle Tooltips with a single click would be very convenient. When I need Tooltips they are indispensable, but sometimes they just get in the way. With the sheer number of options that Dolphin already has it has taken me a while to convince myself that it wasn't already there. Great job guys, Dolphin is one of the most feature rich pieces of software that I have ever seen. Leave it to me to come up with something that no one else probably wants. There is likely no area of KDE where I have not tweaked something, and I have very much done so to Dolphin. The ability to customize the Toolbar icons is great, it really makes Dolphin seem like my own. Kudos!
