Add possibility to create fake window or system tray item by selecting process in KSysGuard and click on some button.

User may specify title (with using a variables like process name, pid, cpu usage, ram usage), title for user signals. Additionally, some additional info might be displayed, when user hover above system tray icon or on task entry, such like CPU usage. On task entry CPU usage or RAM usage could be show using progress displaying mechanism.

By right clicking on tray or task item, user may select to send signal (kill/term/user/stop/continue).

Why?
Because in running system or session there exist processes, which don't create window. User have less way to interact and interpect it. He/she must use system monitor or command line to do these tasks. Idea allows to click on some process (for example console application) in KSysGuard, select create task entry and track process memory/cpu usage, kill process and rerun it (because user may pin it to task manager).
Additional point, if you allow to add custom entries to jump list.
