The idea is simple:

1. Make taskbar allow to display small icons for pinned app
2. When task windows' are assembled, show tray icon options additionally to windows options, when user click on the entry (of course, when windows are not assembled, so there's separate tray icon on taskbar, don't display tray menu items once user click of other taskbar entry than tray icon)
3. Allow to pin app even by click tray entry (but it only launch application and hide pin button - it will be displayed again, when application quits)
4. Of course, systemtray icons should been displayed as small icons, without title (such like small pinned, but user may choose to show as normal entry, so title of icon would be app name)
