Convert/tramform all icons in vector-pics e.g. *svg

I recognize that increasing icons-size in "systemsettings5" many icons are missed, not only some "Gtk" but even "Qt".

In modern display-hardware (4k and more) is needed.

Having "vector"-pics like "svg" should be much easier to increase/decrease icons-size thus saving storage-place.
