I want to suggest a feature that I think would be useful in Krita.
I suggest you add a Slice Tool in Krita like the one that's available in Photoshop. One of the ways that the Slice Tool is useful to artists is if they are creating a Webtoon. Since Webtoons are very long comic strips, the file size ends up being quite large, which doesn't get supported by the website unless it's sliced into smaller pieces. This is one video example of how the Slice Tool is used to slice a Webtoon comic strip. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VY1u43U ... u.be&t=222 Another example where the Slice Tool would be useful is Instagram. In Instagram, users can create multi-post seamless panoramas of one image. Here is a video example of that. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hRVU4vcGCl0 The Slice Tool is a basic tool but in my opinion it's a very useful tool for artists who want to share their work online through different platforms. Thank you! |
