Hello.
First of all, thank you for making a good program. Krita has a variety of brushes, so you can draw them very pleasantly. But there are times when brushes can be a disadvantage. If I move my computer or reinstall Krita, I can't find what kind of brush I used. There are many times when you customize the brush and forget the set value. Therefore, I hope I can save my personal brush and filter settings by account as well as by computer. If it's impossible, I'd like to have a server that stores personal settings. Thanks. |

Sounds to me like you want to start saving the content of your home folder in the sense of a simple backup which you can restore on another system. Or a home-folder-to-go on a USB stick.
The settings your are looking for are stored within your home folder. So if you restore that, either fully or specific parts of it you restore those settings. Start browsing through some hidden folders within your personal home folder: .config/ .local/ .kde/ Indeed it might be interesting to have a "settings export" which allows to take your settings with you. The issue with such approaches is that you have to implement it for each and every application separately. Which won't happen of course and where it does you will have a resulting multitude of confusing solutions. Which is why most users prefer a backup approach which works in a generic way. |
