The idea aims to make software launcher, like Lutris or Steam obsolete.

The idea depends on software center. It will have Steam/Lutris integration? It will allow to buy licenses?

The idea requires to provide some desktop file extension - list of tags, but different than software category. Tag could be something like wine, lutris, steam, game, utility, multimedia, ARM, x86, Amiga, etc.

Each tag will contain list of programs, visible name of these programs, etc.

Result? User install some Windows game from lutris repo. Lutris tag with Wine gives additional options:
1. Lutris will give configure, process install, install another version, etc.
2. Wine will give winecfg, winetricks, switch wine version, etc.

So software launchers could be better integrated with desktop.
