Sorry but my monitor is 2D and until we get 3D desktop holograms I want to use it as such. Spinning rubic-cubes handling activities with desktops are just NOT my thing, but 10-20 two-D desktops are. Among other things I use my desktops to show frequently referred to material, an example of whichi is an image called bash-1-liners showing the bash commands that I need to repeat the most to learn them. Another one might be a table showing possible tractors I want to chose one to buy from for a few months, that's the idea. So I really need color, image/images and such to be definable by desktop. I HAVE tried the activities with desktops but it doesn't do it for me. I would also like an html-ized desktop but that too leads to more issues than I want, maybe I could combine images with icons but again individually configurable desktops. Thanks for any ears.
