Detect is program, which user tries to ran is console program. We can do simple checking for shell scripts. If file starts with #!, we can tend to ran this as console program (in Konsole). For binary programs, it should be harder. We can tend to ran program in terminal, if it isn't linked with Xlib or Wayland libraries. Of course, we can allow to change this settings per-app/per-program level (so we must remember path to script/program or hash if user will change defaults).
