[Manufacturers][System Settings 5] Allow to hide options

Allow to hide/unhide options in system settings 5 application. User may click one button to configure this or to show each option.

Why? Some options, like touchpad configuration are not needed for not laptops. Some options, like touchscreen are not needed for some hardware.
