Hi,
i've searched for this around with no luck. The idea is to make ca all from desktop kde connect widget or something and let the audio through a standard channel ( bluetooth in my case ). One should send key touch to the phone so one can interact with automated answering systems. One use case is when you have poor signal in some room, but if you let your phone near a windows signal improves dramatically. I hope this sound interesting for the developers. Cheers. |

Sounds like a nice idea. You wouldn’t need to send touch events to the phone, that would be one incredibly unstable hack. You can make an Android Application that does it’s own phone calls, see here: https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/connectivity/telecom/selfManaged.
So can have the KDE Connect Application doing calls on the phone with input and phone number supplied by the desktop client. Getting the sound to and from the computer is not hard per se, but it would require quite a bit of tuning to get the buffer right. Especially Audio over wifi might need about 250ms of buffer (in bad cases even more). |

There are two ways to communicate between computers. The first implies the use of special programs, and the second allows you to use the services of Internet services. It will be possible to make both voice and video calls in both cases. One of the most popular programs for making calls via IP telephony is Skype. It allows you to exchange messages, communicate visually by voice, and use a conference call. It is also possible to call and receive SMS using a temporary phone number uk. To do this, you need to enter an SMS that will come to a temporary number and use it.
