[Global Theme][System Settings5] Save look

Allow to save set of current options, such like selecting plasma theme, window theme, window manager theme,  icons, etc. User have to type name of new global theme.

It's needed in cases, when somebody decided to test global theme downloaded from web. Before this, user may persist current settings.
