Maybe this will be good to add an option for Application Launcher (Kickoff) widget to enable a plain app list mode / disable groups. Or at least add "All Applications" pseudo-group as it already implemented in Application Dashboard widget.
By the way such a thing can be done by editing the menu, but this is a major PITA to handle all apps manually, especially considering the fact that Menu Editor doesn't have multiselection and you can only move apps one-by-one.

Why don't you use the Application Dashboard widget instead of the Launcher? Right-click -> "Show Alternatives..."

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

Because, umm, I just don't like it, such fullscreen appearance.
