As this is my first post here, just let me say that i am loving KDE Plasma. ;D
I was a Linux Mint Cinnamon user for many years but since changing to Manjaro KDE in August 2020 i am not looking back.
This has really gone a long way since i have tried it last time maybe 10 years ago.

So going back to what prompted to make this thread. I have noticed (and sorry if i am wrong) it lacks an option to set how the mouse right-button click is actioned.
Currently it opens the context menu right after the button is pressed (before releasing it) and i am used to it being after the button is released. Just like in Windows.
I hope i was clear as this is sometimes difficult to put to words even more because English is not my mother language.

Maybe you could explain a bit more _why_ you want that change or the ability to control that behavior?

The current behavior is consistent, the same happens with the middle mouse button. And if you want to click, all you have to do is a short click and there is your menu. It is not as if it vanishes again the moment you release the button... The advantage of the current behavior is that you actually need a click less to select an option: click down to open the menu, move the pointer and release the button to select an entry.

If you would explain _why_ you would prefer another behavior, what advantages this offers to you, then it probably would be easier for people to follow your idea.
Currently the only explanation you gave is "Just like in Windows.", which is not really a reason, is it?

Yes, that is actually true.
The downside to it is that it can happen accidentaly clicks on the first option (if i release the button after i moved just a little the mouse).
Well it doesn't happen always of course, but when it happens it is quite annoying.
Having the option to enable/disable it would be the best option in my opinion. After all KDE is about Kustomization. :)
