KActivities offer pining a file to an activity.

Idea is to made krunner/baloo search more activity aware. I have two solutions:
1. Allow to defining per-activity search directory in baloo, so baloo could create additional (per-activity) indexes, suspend unused activity's indexes and resume index of activity in use.

2. Use mechanism similar to piing files to activity, but files tagged by this special mark shouldn't been exposed in the same way. It should been only exposed in recent files and in search result. Additionally, file dialogs (save/open) should pin file to current activity, when selected and accepted. There should work some janitor, which unpins long not used files.

Why? To help user faster opens files there interested in, reduced resource usage, etc. In second solution user don't have to configure anything (for example don't have to pin file to activity)
