Plasmawindowed should save config like normal plasma, if user pass argument pointing config file path. It should also test if this file exists before ran and load it if it does.

It will open many new possibilities, like defining set of widget user would like to work in special cases or to create widget templates, so I open notes plasmoid called "shopping" and put something like this:

Now I can load shopping plasmoid and only fill sections.
