I think Plasma should have a shutdown screen, similar to the blue screen that displays when you shut down in Windows. It could just be the same as the splash screen. It would help because sometimes I click the shut down button but I get no visible response. It takes a few seconds for apps to start closing and the system to shut down.
I think it would stop anyone from being confused for a second, wondering if it is actually shutting down, and it would make Plasma more polished. |

This is handled by your distribution, as once you have closed Plasma the computer shutdown is no longer Plasma related anyway.
