Add new progressbar widget, which allows to configure notifications.

Users may configure trigger (50% or 100%, description or other data change for example) and event (play sound, show messagebox, show notification, run command, etc. ). Program, additional to progress and description, will also provide xml data (for example file, which is currently installed/copied, subtask, subprogress - other widget, etc. ).

Imagine program could write xml data: status progress, successful or error and user could order to ran program depending on status. Additional, program could set task id by xml.
