WHAT IS THE IDEA?
The subject of this request is to get some animations on certain tools to make the whole drawing/painting experience more intuitive.

WHY?
Using the program overall becomes a little more fun if we add a few animations to tools like the fill tool. The experience of using these tools becomes more pleasing to the eye.

HOW?
As an example, the fill tool can have an animation that fills the object in a radial motion from the point of contact. What I mean is, if we have say a box and we use the fill tool in the center of it, the color almost spread radially from the point where we made contact (center in this case). While this may be slightly taxing on the GPU, it could probably be fixed.
Another example where this could be implemented is the contextual menus which drop down smoothly rather than just appearing. The menus themselves can also get some transparency.

I made this request for the sole reason of getting some eye pleasing animations. This will probably attract more people and encourage users who prefer their applications to be slightly more aesthetic.
