Pan e Zoom in Reference Doker

Thu Jul 01, 2021 9:30 am
Hello everyone.
I have an idea to propose to improve the usability of Krita, but I don't know if it's a feature already requested.
It's about this: in image 1.jpg is my workstation. In the monitor on the left the program that has in the main window the image I'm working on, in the monitor on the right the "Reference Doker", the brushes and the history.
The idea is the following: it would be nice to be able to replicate automatically the operations of pan and zoom made in the workspace, even on the reference image in the "Reference Doker".
For example, if I wanted to enlarge a certain work area (in image 2.jpg the area marked by the blue rectangle, to obtain the result of image 3.jpg), to have the same zoom also on the reference image I would have to go to the Reference Doker and redo the same operations.
It would be nice if the reference image would automatically follow the pan and zoom operations performed in the workspace.
This might be a feature that could be enabled or not in the preferences.

I hope I have explained myself.
What do you think? Do you find this idea useful?
