1. Would be great if the clip editor also acted as a way of previewing what is in the media in the browser without having to bring it into the project. If kdenlive can't do it then at least the option to hook something like DJV player or VLC in preferences be just as good. The purpose behind this is to avoid trans-coding because it can take some time let's be honest.

2. Being able to resize "name, date, size" is a good thing. right now you can't. Having other options like "frame rate, dimension, colour, bit depth" are kinda important as well.
