Problem:
Currently, I could like to ran many apps on different activity. Problem is some application first display splash, next window, next window, etc. Look at Eclipse as example. When I switch activity to ran new app, newly created Eclipse window could been show on that activity.
Another (abstract) example could be popup window of web sites/web browser. I could switch activity and browser will open new window with some site.

Solution:
If application shows windows only on one activity, pin the app to this activity. Newly created windows will be displayed only on this activity. When application display windows on many activities, fallback to current behavior (opens window on current activity).
