We have klipper actions, which is great. But for less experience users, some other mechanism could be useful. Also, more experience could use it.

Klipper suggestions/bookmarks. It will be widget(name/type)/Window/App dependent text ready to paste it anywhere. Klipper(or KWIN) fill filter it on current focus. User may define it somewhere and next paste. For example, to extent Dolphin path bar with possibility to fast go into favorite locations; aliases in konsole; filling personal data on websites; etc.
