I look at Linus' movie (on youtube) and he complain about too small notification popup.

In my opinion - better if Plasma5 helps to set UI scale. I have two options:
1. First think is about use similar technology like in color profile settings (RGB) - we display big and small rectangles (with text?) on screen and user must adjust it size to perfectly see only big.
2. Get an image from camera and use AI to guess user head destination from screen + information about screen size. The idea was previously introduced by Canonical owner.
