Rather than all the themes, would the KDE team consider building in options to allow users to colour all the components of the KDE5 Desktop to their own preference?

Also, I've always liked the transparent panel in Windows 7 and would love to have it for KDE5. I've tried the effect with Compositor but only a limited number of themes support the effect I've read on my distro's forum.
