I have needed to switch to Gnome because of KWallet issues and vscode. It only works with key ring.

Has KDE every considered getting rid of Kwallet and using Gnome KeyRing? This is a problem for the developers to maintain 2 different key systems.

There are issues with vscode and I think they will never be resolved.

I also like the integration with google accounts that kde does not have but that is not 100% a priority for me.
