Change dolphin's toolbar content, when d&d of file begins to possible actions.

This is next iteration of my idea about displaying places menu, when user start file dragging + connection of GNOME's action bar.

Possible positions:
1. Show places menu
2. Delete
3. Move to trash
4. Open
5. Show only with the same mime category, so we can fast filter for music, movies, code, images, etc.
6. Show properties
7. Rename
