i'd like to have my widgets that would normally go into a system tray be arranged in order of usage outward-in, and the system tray widget does not currently have a way to display the expansion arrow on the left side. a quick mockup, done by manually placing the respective isolated widgets and hiding every available in-tray entry.

if i allow application widgets to be visible, or open one that hasn't been configured yet, it very quickly breaks the illusion.
