[Kwin] Configurable modes

Description:
Allow users to create custom system modes, similar to I3wm binding mode feature to allow grouping similar shortcuts functions with simplified key combinations

For example:

Pressing Ctrl + Meta + D will activate Virtual Desktop Control mode

while in Virtual Desktop Control mode and defined_end_mode key is not press then listen to the following keys
-> Arrow keys: Move between virtual desktop
-> Plus key: Add a virtual desktop
-> Minus key: Remove in view virtual desktop
-> F2 key: Rename in view virtual desktop

Pressing Ctrl + Meta + W will activate Window Control mode

while in Window Control mode then listen to the following keys
-> Arrow keys: Move window location
-> R key: Activate Resize mode
while in Resize mode then listen to the following keys
-> Arrow keys: Change window size by x pixels / ppts
-> Ctrl + Arrow keys: Change window size by y pixels / ppts
-> defined_end_mode: Exit current mode and return to previous mode

-> V key: Activate Virtual desktop mode
while in Virtual desktop mode then listen to the following keys
-> Left arrow key: Move window to prior virtual desktop
-> Right arrow key: Move window to next virtual desktop
-> Number keys: Move window to virtual desktop [number]
-> defined_end_mode: Exit current mode and return to previous mode

-> defined_normal_mode: Exit current mode and return to normal mode
