Allow to create an virtual activity, which contains only plasma window settings. In next step, i could create normal activity from another activity or this virtual activity.

Why?
Often, i need to create activity for current project, so setting in plasmoids from current (not virtual) activity setting could be useful.

If notes implement this feature, i could create folder view displaying files from current activity and set notes from current activity and I would be happy.

In next step, i could rearrange shared settings like plasmoids positions or wallpaper and I love it.
