Apparently previous versions of KDE had advanced mouse controls, ie

Seems it is missing from 5.25?

Just want to note this is a pretty significant access issue for people with disabilities. Not all people can time their mouse clicks to the setting that comes as default. This feature removal makes useability difficult for anyone with any kind of issue in this regard, and is proabably also an annoyance for people who just like to double click faster or slower.

Would be grateful if the team could please consider putting it back,

Thanks for considering the suggestion
