When user select element using touchscreen and this element is small, Qt/KDEFrameworks should shown scaled area of this part of window, so user could select exact element he/she needs.
This could be an default behavior - app creator could implement own signal handling.

I known, that user could set screen scale, but some application do not use this and this additional behavior could be useful. Take in mind, it will be only in power, when there is very small element/button near.
