[Activities] Allow to remove file, when removing activity

Allow to remove pinned files, when removing activity. Only files connected to only one activity should be removed.

This will allow, for example, to remove files related to project I've had done. When removing activity, like GUADEC presentation, presentation, images, etc., related to GUADEC presentation activity, could be removed too.
