[Systemsettings5 fork] Activity-awared settings

Fork systemsettings to app, which loads only KCM being activity-aware.

Also, settings will be saved/load from files related to selected/current activity.

User may alter many settings based on activity, like Plasma Look&Fell (window borders, window themes, cursor or icon themes, monitor refresh rate or resolution, window scaling settings etc.).
