Allow to set notify kind of notification for colorize screen edges/corner into selected color.

This could be helpful, while using full screen application, such like games or video player. In this option notification could hide imminently or no shown at all, but I see there is notification because screen corners/edges are colorized. And this kind of notifications did not take my attention - I can still play with it.
