[Plasmashell] Add spellchecking + history to field in menu

Add spellchecking + history to field in program's menu.
I have read, that Steam for desktop could have this feature, so why not for Plasma?

Currently, I often search in English and sometime do word mistake, so people without English knowledge or with other problems, could more often use search field in menu.

By field in menu, I mean search field in programs' menu.
