When I am watching an video in picture-on-picture mode, I will set it into keep above and semi-transparent. But I need often to switch it into fullscreen without semi-transparency. Allow to define modes/schemes for window configuration. User can switch it from window menu. Only schemes (with rules) matched to this window will appear in menu.

Another use case could be panel mode. User could change to on top, on bottom, on left, on right, etc.
