Add new option for taskbar plasmoids: group each item to it's activity, if activity is sleeping.

This brings some enhancements:
1. I can keep windows on closed activity open and - if I would like to return to my job - click on task manager on activity icon and next on window
2. Above will reduce space taken by windows entries, I currently do not use
3. It allow to fast go to activity again, when I decided to work with it
