Is it possible for KDE to show complete desktop on screen before loading any other apps ? Instead of having an app showing on a black screen then having the rest of the desktop displayed.

It is unclear what you describe...
Usually Plasma _does_ show the desktop all the time, also when launching applications. If that is somehow _not_ the case for you then this sounds like a serious bug to me. It would make sense if you could describe your situation, your setup in detail. Better even if you could file a new but in KDE's bug tracker. Thanks.
