Many times I should type my wireless password to many wallets(I using KDE and GNOME). On my family network I aren't administrator. When I type key to gnome-keyring, I was just forgotten it. Next I was installed KDE4.
KDE Wallet should know way to import password from many sources. Of course user should know password to wallet. I can give u many examples: - Importing password from Firefox - Importing password from gnome-keyring - etc.

It's rather long-time feature request(low priority). GNOME team decides to add DBus API for talking with gnome-keyrings. Maybe this API would pretty works with KDE Wallet?

The gnome-key-ring maintainer and the KWallet maintainer already started working on a shared authentication storage system.
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/a ... 00001.html Might take some time since such a shared system needs to be capable of doing the union of what the two system currently provide for their respective users, etc. Cheers, _
