Very popular extensions for firefox are greasemonkey and stylish. Greasemonkey provides support for customizing the javascript on a page, while stylish provided support for customizing the css on a page. These two extensions provide the ability to make almost unlimited changes to the layout of a webpage, and are particularly useful for making consistent changes to commonly-used web pages.

I think it would be great if Konqueror provided native support for custom javascript and css in the same manner, ideally supporting greasemonkey and stylish scripts but at least duplicating the same general functionality.

Even better would be a KGetHotNewStuff widget for popular UserScripts!

This is absolutely needed. I have to use Firefox for my daily job, because there isn't GreaseMonkey-like thing in Konqueror.

Note: I typically use self-written userScripts, which make my life lots easier when working in our corporate CRM.

About Stylish: I already see very good use case for this feature (and it can be very popular CSS). I recently complained about Oxygen style's inconsistency with the most sites designs (I mean buttons, textfields, checkboxes, etc.). With use of Stylish-like functionality, form controls can easily be adjusted to look the way how the most web-designers expect them to look by default.

Proudly dual-booting openSUSE 11.1 with KDE 4.3 and Windows Vista on a Toshiba A205-S4577 since July 2007.
