Favorite applications widget

This idea is for a plasma widget that is similar to the quicklaunch widget, except that instead of display a user-defined set of applications it always shows your favorite applications (the list of applications you see when you first open the kickoff widget or default lancelot widget). It could display any number of them in any number of rows, with the rest appearing in a popup menu, similar to how quicklaunch does it now.
